Return Policy
We want you to be happy and excited about your purchase from Dog People Are Cool®. It’s that simple.
If something doesn’t fit right or you are not happy for whatever reason, send it back to us. Customers are asked to return item(s) within 30 days and include a copy of the invoice. To help us continually improve our brand, please tell us why you are returning it.

If you would like a full refund, we will refund the cost of the item, sales tax (if collected), and shipping. The cost of shipping your returned product back to us is not covered, however.
The item(s) being returned must be in new condition with no visible marks, odors, scratches, tears, etc. In other words, it should be in resalable condition.
Dog People Are Cool® has a very strict No Tolerance policy towards counterfeit or fake products purchased online or elsewhere. If we receive a counterfeit product as a return, Dog People Are Cool® has the right to:
b). confiscate item(s)
c). keep item(s) as evidence in a potential federal trial
