ORDERS:
Dog People Are Cool® processes and ships in-stock items within 2 to 4 business days. If your item(s) are out of stock, we will contact you via email.

RETURNS:
We hope you’re happy and love your Dog People Are Cool® merchandise! If you’re not happy with your purchase for some reason (fit, color, damaged), we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Your item(s) must be in original condition. We will refund your original form of payment within 2-3 business days. Dog People Are Cool® isn’t responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All sale items are final sale, meaning no exchanges or refunds.
